Pol is a founding partner of MANSILLA & LLOP, together with Gema Moyano Llop, with whom he has been working for a decade. He advises clients on all aspects of family and inheritance law, both in and out of court.

The matters on which he focuses his practice include divorce and partnership breakdown, disputes over children, international relocations, complex patrimonial discrepancies, prenuptial agreements and marital contracts, modification of legal capacity and inheritance law.

Pol regularly defends the interests of entrepreneurs, professionals, expatriates and international investors. A large number of the cases he handles have an international and property element.

In addition, Pol is an expert in confessional family law, advising in cases of ecclesiastical marriage annulment, as well as in divorces by mutual agreement of spouses who profess the Islamic or Jewish faith and who wish to have the effects of their breakup governed according to the provisions of the shari`a (Islamic law) and halacha (Jewish law), always with full respect for public order.

Pol has extensive experience in litigation, although, whenever it is in the best interests of his client and his family, he focuses his efforts on reaching out-of-court settlements.
